After redesign hacco app was delete brand section

You can see brands only click by our links.

Your phone must have the same country as in the application settings

If you live in Spain, then the application should have Spain and the same should be in the region settings on your phone

If the brand of a product is from the same country to which you are ordering, this brand will not be displayed. For example, if Dior is a French brand, it will not work for France, but will work for other countries.

If Gucci is an Italian brand it will not work for Italy, but will work for other countries

Hacoo did an update last night. If you’re struggling to see anything check your location settings on your mobile and app. On the app you can find it on your account page and click the 3 lines in the corner

📣 Anyone still having issues seeing products/ brands on the app try either of these things: 📣

  1. Turn WiFi off
  2. Delete the app
  3. Turn your phone off and on
  4. Download the app again and sign up with a different account using this link (I think you can only use it once so ask me if you need another link)

The second thing to try is:

‘The reason users aren’t able to see branded items after updating the app is because the app store recently did an update. This update caused us to not be very accurate in determining the user’s country. Most of these people cannot see branded items is because the country setting on their phone is not UK.’

To fix this, go into
‘Settings- General – Language and Region – Region’ and check it’s on UK or your country, where you live
